Cycling
The Hérault is an ideal training region for cyclists. Only here you find all the stages of the Tour de France in pocket size; plains, hilly roads and passes having various percentages, such as:
- Col du Perthus (12 km - 813m - avg 6%)
- Col du Vent (8 km - 703m - avg 7%)
- Col de la Baraque de Bral (8km - 610m - avg 6%)
From were we are situated, you can start cycling in all directions without meeting a lot of traffic. Let yourself surprise by the variety of landscapes and breathtaking views. You can yourself determine the stretch you want to ride or select one of the stretches proposed by us.
If you wish so we can also arrange training courses for groups in collaboration with members of the cycling club
For those bikers who love competition, you can participate on 2 local races:
- the first Sunday of April the
- around the 20th of Mai the

Around Lodève there are more than 300 km of official mountainbike trials, from easy circuits for beginners to difficult trails for the advanced amateur. We can arrange a qualified instructor to take you out to the most interesting circuits of the region.
Golf
Within a radius of 50 kilometers are situated 6 magnificent golf courses, including Golf Saint Thomas in Beziers, Golf Fontcaude in Juvignac and Golf Cap d'Agde. These 18-holes courses of international standard, offer good training facilities and excellent restaurants.
Hiking
Welcome to the paradise for hikers. No need to take your car, from Aux Quatrefeuilles d'Oc you can explore "la garrigue" and make sorties from one to three hours without meeting somebody. Around the Salagou Lake, discover its changing colours with each season. We offer you maps with detailed information of circuits, taking from one to eight hours.
Water sports
The Salagou Lake, situated in the centre of a regional park, is the spot for water sport and fishing one can dream of. Motor sports are prohibited. Enjoy the quietness while swimming, surfing, sailing or canoeing. In summer the water temperature rises to about 28°C. Nearby, explore the rivers Hérault and Orb by kayak, for rent at several places upstream. For those who are looking for more challenges, embark on the adventure of canyoning.
Arrangements for groups
In case you travel in group, we can lodge max. 30 persons, dispersed over 6 independend houses. Upon arrival, the beds are made and a set of towels is present. Every house is equipped with a washing machine and an internet connection.
Your stay is based on lodging only. However, it is possible to order breakfast and dinner.
Bikers can store their equipment in our maintenance workshop "only for bikers".
